The extensive work carried out by the Association, combined with the high degree of professionalism and recognized technical capacity of its members, has established ECTA at the highest level and has enabled the Association to achieve the status of recognized spokesperson for experts in all fields issues related to the protection and use of trademarks, designs and domain names and related rights, such as copyright or unfair competition, within and across the European Union.

Patrícia Rodrigues, a member of the Law Committee, will represent RCF – Protecting Innovation, at the 76th ECTA Council Meeting, which will take place in Geneva from 18 to 20 October.
